Meatbodies

A longtime fixture on the California garage punk and neo psychedelic scene, Meatbodies are known for their music of hard-hitting, potent guitar work that’s also brimming with bent, yet pop-friendly melodies and hooks. As the touring guitarist for Mikal Cronin and the bassist in Fuzz, Meatbodies’ Frontman Chad Ubovich is in the orbit of Ty Segall and Thee Oh Sees and is a master at incorporating psychedelic tinges and a heavy bottom end.

The Bright Light Social Hour

Conjuring a bold new version of psychedelia informed by hard rock, R&B, electronica, and pop, Austin  combo the Bright Light Social Hour  are steeped in the rich tradition of Lone Star trippiness, both preserving it and updating it for a new time and place.

Frankie and the Witch Fingers

Over the course of five years and five LP’s, Los Angeles veterans, Frankie and the Witch Fingers, have been mutating and perfecting their high-powered rock n’ roll sound. This four-headed beast is a relentless onslaught of a musical psychedelic nightmare-fueled acid trip with a rowdy and visceral live show.

Levitation Room

Psychedelic quartet Levitation Room build cosmic walls of sound with dreamy guitars and Lo-Fi projections of psychedelic rock and garage reminiscent of a deep 1960’s era. The Los Angeles band is known for their hallucinogenic songs that whisper and hum gentle refrains, conjuring up the cognitive imagery of sunny days.

Lo Talker

Lo Talker performs lush, intricate folk rock augmented by the psychedelic whirr of fractured tape loops. Fronted by former Roadkill Ghost Choir guitarist & songwriter, Andrew Shepard, the Athens, Ga. band documents the American panorama of the last few years.

Sweet Country Meat Boys

Lexington’s neo-psych saviors Sweet Country Meat Boys fuse fuzz and stoner rock with brutal and mesmerizing visuals from the wizard Psensibil.
